Hello,
Recently I have come across a strange problem which was caused by unlocking Javik through  coalesced.bin tool.
After the Thessia mission Glyph tells me that Liara went to talk with Javik. Unfortunatelly, I do not have From Ashes DLC installed (only Javik unlocked), so their conversation did not occur. Therefore, I have a question. Is there any way to 'lock' Javik again ? I'm currently romancing Liara and I'd like not to miss this important dialouge with her. Will buying DLC fix that ? What about reinstall. ? Will I not lose my Galactic Readiness, Effective Military Strength and what the most important - saves ? Or maybe the saves will 'remember' Javik and will not allow me to open them.
