Sorry to post here, but have not been able to aquire help from EA on the matter.
I bought my copy of ME3(Standard) when it was released, but I like to collect Games (Collector's Edition Games)
So I got my hands on the Collector's Edition of ME3, brand new and all the special content is included only with the OnlinePass.
The problem I'm having is I cannot redeem the new OnlinePass. Is there any way to redeem the content?

I think some users had problems trying to register a second Online Pass (I'm not actually sure if they managed to resolve the issue), as it seems once an Online Pass is registered it seems to prevent you from registering another.

Or when they do register they don't receive the Collector's Edition dlcs.

I'd suggest searching for those slightly older threads to see if someone had a solution. That or see if someone has a solution and is willing to post here. Or....last resort of EA support.

no, it doesnt give me an option to add the online pass, and ill seach trough the forums see if i can find a solution, thank you

OK dug out the code sheets. I see the instructions are different than the avatar prop. Does just punching it into marketplace not work? Looks like a standard code. Sorry if you've already tried this.

yes, I have tried that as well, I have tried to enter it onthe promo redemption on this site as well.
