[Morning Elf]

Hello,

I was just playing my QI and noticed that Sabotage was not working a lot of the time. I'd pull the trigger and my powers would go into cooldown, but there was no visual effect and nothing would happen to the target (no damage, no hack).

This happened pretty regularly--about once every 5 times I tried to use it. Has this always happened and I was lucky enough not to run in to it, or is this a new bug?
