Just completed the Grissom Academy mission and checked the war room to see how much the new assets that had added. Much to my surprise I had LOST about 2500 as N7 spec ops are no longer listed among the assets. WTF? This is on PC, insanity level.

I've noticed the same thing on PC the N7 war asset disappearing.However, if you go back to main menu then go into multiplayer, then resume your game they do reappear. They will disappear again though. I play only on PC, so it's not the combination. It's just a theory, but I think it happens when the alliance war assets are updated.

The same thing is happening on the 360 and adding insult to injury, it resets the galatic readiness down to fifty percent and I have to reload a save in order to get them back to normal. I hope they can make a patch to fix this bug like when they would release new multiplayer expansion pack to fix the problem. Just saying

When you're looking at your assets, there is an option to bring up the war map (MP progress). Just click that and when you come out it should have re-loaded your N7 assets.

Try this: instead of opting for the "resume game" option when you die, try "load game" instead. This occurred to me several times when I died multiple times, especially on grissom academy. Never really realized that my war assets didn't update from my multiplayer N7 ranking when I simply "resumed" the game.

This issue occurs with me when I'm only playing PS3. It doesn't actually seem to be as much of an issue as I thought it was, as every time I play SP again after stopping for a while they come back. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but you might try loading the war map to kickstart the connection with the servers again.
