Been waiting 2 days now for a response to my email about downloading the game soundtrack for the collectors edition....

You know you could have just read the massive thread regarding this? If you want it solved you have to start up live chat. Explain your issue, give them your DLC codes, PSN name and Email address. You may have to wait awhile before they get to you but that's how it is. If all goes well they will instruct you to download the EAdownload manager and activate the Dragon age origins Digi Deluxe edition on your EA account. You get to have a PC version and a PS3 version.

Thanks, but I know how to ask them to resolve the problem... but does it really take more than 2 days to respond... i shouldn't have to resort to searching forums when their official line says that you should send them an email via the help.dragonage.com website.

It took them a week to get back to me for this issue, still can't download though. They gave me a link and said something about clicking on an arrow if I can't see the content – ****ing useless.
