Just completed the Grissom Academy mission and checked the war room to
see how much the new assets that had added. Much to my surprise I had
LOST about 2500 as N7 spec ops are no longer listed among the assets.
WTF? This is on PC, insanity level.
N7 spec ops assets gone

Yeah, it happens on occasion.
If that doesn't help, try a quick save then reload.

Happened to me a bit. Just go play a few multiplayer missions then go back into single player mode. If that doesn't work then hold off on promoting a character just until you start the end run. All your assets should appear again.
