Good GOD. I just completed the Eagle challenge using the Eagle I. I don't think I will ever use that gun again, even if I get it all the way to X. It is just pointless.

I was able to take down a gold Atlas all by myself with my Eagle VII and it only took 15 minutes.

That number will go down to 14 minutes once you get your Eagle X

I was actually rocking my eagle VI .... Barrage gear. on a turian marksman -- both marksman and passive were specced for headshot, and took the cranial trauma V ....

granted, i was just messing around on silver as (A) i'd just promoted errybody recently.l... and ( i was using the EAGLE after all .... (you know, didn't want to ruin the fun of the serious gold playing folk by absolutely dominating with such an OP weapon) ... and when i could actually make those xbox thumbsticks land headshots.... things were dying VERY - VERY fast. which makes sense with 20% boost from marksman, 25% from class passive (backwards?) + 45% .... plus ... 150% headshot damage bonus base, right? so... 240% ADD'l damage.... with such a rapid firing gun....
it was actually impressed.

Eagle III, here. I fired a round into an Atlas gun barrel on Thessia and the shockwave created was of such magnitude that every Asari within 17 kilometers was instantly impregnated.

They gave me a trophy. Made of pizza.

Up to an Eagle VII. Last Commendation pack gave me a Valiant - pah.

Best thing about taking out an enemy with an Eagle is the sure-fire knowledge that before an enemy expires after being hit, they realise they have somehow been taken out with an Eagle and soil themselves in shame.
