My greatest fear concerning the future of ME, is that they are going for synthesis as a canon because it will be "cool" to get biological and artificial upgrades in ME:MMO. Sort of dark spore and star wars combined.
Chances of this are very low, i admit. But it still scares me because it will kill Mass Effect 1/2 for me forever.

As far as I'm concerned, Synthesis and Control are just half measures to the problem we're trying to solve, stop the reapers. For the past 2 games and most of the 3rd I've been trying to stop reapers, not solve the possible tension between organic and synthetic life, that came up in the last 10 minutes with the Catalyst's prattle. Destroy kills the reapers, and solves the problem I'm there to solve, the others leave them around, and that's too much of a risk.

Control gives you the Reaper's strength and thus the ability to rebuild the and dominate the galaxy with relative ease.

No, I think you misunderstood me. I said afterwards that I didn't direct that post at you, or all pro-Destroyers. Just the fact that the BSN has a very militant following of Destroy-only individuals, like Balance### and the Garrus-avatar guy who can't spell, who love to gang-rape all threads supporting Control and Synthesis.

As a general rule, I always concede that not EVERYBODY in a group that I generalize fits the generalization.

Sometimes it takes a good bloodbath to solve problems, I always come out alive from them. 

No I don't actually mean that, I've been reading A Song of Ice and Fire too much.

Bloodbath is obviously hyperbolic, it does get heated though. Can't say I don't enjoy it all, sometimes.
