I pre-ordered through Direct2Drive, which gives me free in-game items, plus pre-ordering gets additional in-game items. PLUS just getting the game when it comes out gives you the Blood Dragon armor.
Upon starting the game and going to the Additional Content page, the only things listed are Stone Prisoner and Warden's keep....and they BOTH cost money.
Can someone help me out and tell me how to get my free stuff?
Where/How to get all the free content?

Free items are redeemed through promo codes. You should have gotten a series of codes for these items (e.g. XXXX-XXXX-XXX-XXX). If you did not receive this on a physical card or over email, please contact Direct2Drive.
