so, since the patch hit this is the message I get when starting the game and every time I try to reconnect to the servers. I've uninstalled ME3 and Origin, didn't do a thing. I've checked for updates, repair installed.. nadda. Anyone experiencing the same issue or have any advice? Thanks
The mass effect 3 server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later

I have that problem every time I launch the game, however it is followed by "unable to validate the DLC, you must log into the account that you purchased the DLC from"
When I check the DLC it says that I have all of it and that it is installed, go to try and run SP. Says I cannot access the game save because I am missing "From Ashes"
How the hell can I be missing "From Ashes" if I have the damn CE and why can't I access MP or anything else all of a sudden? And don't say contact Orgin/EA I already have and I did everything they said to do before I even went to them to figure out what the hell is going on.

I'm also having this issue - installed the game for the first time three days ago. None of the solutions proposed worked.

Having the same issue here too. Can rarely get a connection, but if I try going to the store in MP i usually get booted and have to start all over again. Haven't been able to get any sort of connection today though.

Same issue. Servers unavailable. Unable to validate DLC. Cant play single or multiplayer.
Comon bioware! We could use a fix or at least a, "were aware of the problem and are working on it."

I'm experiencing both issues (yes they are separate but probably related issues).
I can't connect to the server so I can't play multiplayer. Then I get an error which says "server is unavailable" so I can't validate my DLC's and I cannot play single player.
The lack of acknowledgment from Bioware (aside from that one completety generic corporate quote I saw) is what's most troubling to me.

I've got the same issue. Patch 1.0.3 broke the game.

Joining this group - neither the invite-fix nor the delete-save-fix have helped...

I've been getting the same message every time I try to play ME3. Contacted EA support multiple times, and they finally told me that my ISP is blocking the ports. Which I know for a fact is blatantly false. Nothing I've tried works, and I can't play the game at all.

I've been playing fine, even post-patch, and this morning I got hit with this. Good times ... so the game I paid for I can't play! Awesome!
Addendum: So I logged out of Origins and quit the program. Then I logged back in as Administrator and an update screen flashed on. I updated Origins and can now play again. Don't know if this helps anyone else, but wanted to share it.

Yeah... I've tried every fix I could find on the EA site as well as the forums... repair install, reload game, force update game, force update Origin, invite trick, uninstalling Online Profile file, messing with the IGO32 file, messing with the Save folder, reinstalling Origin, reinstalling Mass Effect 3, turned off routers, turned off virus scanner, forwarded ports, reset modem, restart computer, run as Administrator, and I even emptied my browser's cache JUST IN CASE that absolutely stupid idea often suggested by the useless help section actually works... still not able to connect to multiplayer.

this isn't an issue with multiplayer. It's an issue with the EA servers. It prevents any connection to them, making the game unable to authorize any DLC installed and therefor preventing anyone with this issue from playing anything, since doing anything in single player with unauthorized DLC installed results in a black screen that prevents you from doing anything.
All in all, a pretty serious problem since it's been going on for a week now. Really disappointed.
