Okay, I just figured out that if you add your .mop files to an XML file in the override folder (with a file name like DF_CPS_P08.mop), you can add as many presets to the game as you can make.

Care to share which particular XML file this is?
And by "the override folder," which one do you mean? There's at least three folders called override that spring to mind.

Well, I've tacked mine on the the end of Pineapple's XML file, but presumably it's the morph_config. The override folder should be in your core folder (you have to create it).

If you don't have an existing XML file provided by a mod, use the toolset to open "misc.erf" located at [installation directory]/packages/core/data, and extract chargenmorphcfg.xml to Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/override.
