The ones I've seen

Liara: Good, generally, but a pretty bad "locking in" scene. And the amount of non-romance content can be a problem in some ways, since it doesn't always fit a romance perfectly.

Garrus: Consistently good

Traynor. What you get is pretty good, even if it's short. But could do with some flirting in a conversation before the shower scene

Tali. I like Tali in this, I'm not so keen on Shepard. She just seems quite a bit more in love than him.

What does baffle me though, but that's not restricted to Garrus, is that FemShep wakes up in her underwear. {smilie} Why did she feel the need to get back in her underwear? A blanket would have been fine.

Blankets are complicated to do for computers, I believe.

Dunno why they put a blanket in some scenes (Kaidan I believe) and not others, then.

Yeah considering how often you commit to Liara, its odd how her 'lock in' conversation sounds like she is trying to friendzone you.

Garrus pushing for a commitment felt right. In Talis romance Shepard, as you said, keeps on displaying far less romantic dialogue than she does. Shes constantly showing care, Shepard seems to show very little. Tali's dialogue is so good that I choose to ignore shepard though.

Personally, I've played through all three games as a FemShep simply because I was interested to see the difference, having already completed the trilogy as a male.
In ME1, I romanced Kaiden
Then in 2 Kaiden rejected me, so I said "screw you" and ran to Garrus at first, but I didn't want to ruin the friendship, so I ended up romancing Thane (who is one of my all time favorite characters) ...
From the beginning, we know Thane is dying and there is no cure, if you romance him you know he's not going to be around forever...

I'm  actually happy with Thane's story, and the fact that he went out as a hero, and the prayer in the hospital was very ... well, awesome, to me.

I never paid Jacob much attention, so I don't have first hand experience, but yeah it is kinda messed up of him to run off and get another woman pregnant ... Then again, it IS realistic ... it does happen
ing to

Still try decide if I should rekindle the romance with Kaiden after Thane dies ....

Best: Liara, Garrus, VS

Worst: Thane, Jacob and Kelly.

Liara got a ton of content in me3, the VS romance was good but after the VS comes back to the
Normandy there isn't a lot of content and Garrus romance content is good.

Thane and Jacob are definitely the worst.

I just wanted to agree with so many of you that the Samantha Traynor romance in ME3 is by far the best romance in the game.
In my first play through of ME3 I romanced Kaidan… Wow what a mistake, it just felt so force from the get go… yea there was tension but there was never really any resolution to their fights of disagreements and it never really felt like Kaidan had any idea what was going on with your character.
Samantha on the other hand seems to really get your character, and understand what she was going through. It felt like a real relationship, a fast one, but given the war going on a real one.
Two thumbs up for the Samantha Traynor Romance BioWare, can’t wait to see if they add in any more content for Samantha in the Extended Cut.

Heh, yeah. I'm sure you loved watching her shower in her underwear.

Sigh. What i'd give for ME1 style romance scenes.

Kaidan's romance seems like he's talking to a femShep regardless if it's broShep. There's a disconnect IMHO. (At least, Cortez and broShep sound like they're talking to each other, but the whole "waiting for the right man" makes less sense if he's romanced someone in the previous two games.)

Ash's dialog seems short and the writers can't seem to stop making her talk about her dislike for aliens. (We get it! She doesn't like aliens! Anderson was born in London! We get it!)

The rest, meh.
