After contacting EA/Origin support I was told they are unable to help me. They directed me to post in the forums in a 3 day old attempt to redeem my Victory Pack. Here I am.

I promoted 3 classes, sentinel, engineer, and adept  this past Sunday/Monday around 12am EST for Operation: Shieldwall. I checked on Wednesday to see if I had received my packs. At that time I only had a victory pack in the store. I selected to use it and received an error stating it failed to work. I tried again with the saem result. Then all the ME servers went down.

I checked Thursday and I had no packs what so ever. I contact EA/Origin support and the first CS rep was able to send me my commendation pack. Then I was redirected here by a second CS Rep.

I am hoping someone can help me.

P.S. Has anyone else not received a Victory Pack? I know some didn't get commendation packs, but I wasn't able to find anyone with the Victory Pack issue.

I recieved mine. Sadly it was the Hornet and not a N7 weapon. i was ripped off. I have yet to be re-emberssaed for it since usually I get two victory packs all the time: A fake pack (Equipment only) and a real pack (Always includes a N7 weapon).

According to a regular Bioware socializer I know he says that he had a similar thing happen and I should call Bioware and let them know. Frankly I am more concerned about the DLC since I feel like I have been not recieveing anything from the DLC while others have rcieved the quarian,vorcha,ex cerberus, krsytal sniper, and carbine shotgun while I have been getting non DLC items. Not even from resurgance. been nothing but the gurall spike thrower and turian sentinal.

Do you know what the number is to call them?

That is my issue, I wish to actually have access to one of the new classes. Do the mods here work weekends?

Frankly I wish I knew. Hopefully I can get back to you about that. I know there is a way to take this up via technical support but I doubt that would do anything. I can probably ask my buddy and see if he can give me the number as well. When I do I'll be sure to hopefully post it here as well. I would love to acsess the new classes myself as well. "Mods"? Don't you mean "Dev's"? i swear I have seen people use "Mods" for this game which has been screwing up my game and it seems to even work on the weekends.

Haha, thanks. I talked to Ea/Origin support and they could do nothing about the victory pack, only the commendation pack. They then directed me here...

however everywhere I go to find a place to contact them brings me back to EA/Origin support....Going to try calling them monday and hoping talking to someone helps. I have only used the live chat on the weekends, which may direct me to outsourced CS Reps.
