I approve of this manifest, as it's quite similar to mine.  Near max on Rares, good smattering of UAs.  Could use a Valiant.  

Biggest criticism is that he needs moar Gear.

wraith is so so. i'm just happy to have everyhting unlocked that i can with PSPs. now i just need to get the last 2 com pack weapons.

Heh, at the moment, it seems the Krysae is a good (if not better) substitute for the BW.

The Wraith on the other hand... I just can't justify using it over the GPS/Claymore.

6/10. Solid start on maxing the Rare and under weapons. You've also got quite a collection of consumables. I think it's also kind of funny that you have the Male Quarian characters before the Female Quarian Engineer.
