Yours is on par with mine. We're both missing one character, and your Ultra-rares are a little higher htan mine, but I have more of them unlocked. I give you the average of my score, an 8.5 out of 10.

Good on you for apparently using up your missiles and ops packs before medigel as well as your consumable equipment as evidenced by the complete lack of AP rounds and such.  I don't know about a hard number rating from something from which only vague inferences can be drawn, but it gets my seal of approval.
