Only common weapons and mods are unlocked. You're also missing some crucial weapons (new DLC ones especially...). Keep on truckin!

Sorry, but it is fairly nooby as you said, but it does have a good beginning mix of everything. My recommendation would be to buy maybe no more than 50 more Veteran Packs to flesh out your uncommons a bit more, and after that stick solely to Spectre Packs after that. You want those basic uncommons, especially the weapon mods, to be maxed to make your in-game life a bit easier. It looks like you may be earning credits somewhat slowly. If you're not already playing silver, try to make the jump to that level soon.

If you want to close out your Uncommons, buy Veteran packs. I'm guessing you don't care about those, as your Rares are all maxed out. I personally haven't used an Uncommon weapon in the last month and a half or so.

You have all of the N7 weapons as well, and I can't fault you for not having all of the promotional weapons as it's not your fault you don't have the Valiant. I would trade one of my Valiants for your Hurricane.

I would give your manifest an 9.5/10. You might be missing some bullets, but you have almost every gun and that's really all that matters.

P.S. Nice to see that you promote too. Keeps the game from being boring, if you ask me.
