You use a lot of mission consumables (like ammo mods), which I probably should.
You have a lot of the weapons maxed out, minus the rarer stuff.
I give you 8.5/10.

I tend to forget about them ops packs until I'm dead or thankfully run to cover and let my shields come back. If I remembered about them I'd probably use them more often;)

Only thing you like is a couple of weapons (though, some of the better ones could be higher), most of the avatars, and a fair assortment of consumables.
8/10.  Need to buy some PSP, and you'll be set.

Thanks!  I started buying spectre packs early and PSPs since they came out.  Most of my silver upgrades have come from SP/PSP and not vet packs.  I don't use any silver weapons though so no biggy.

Blame the RNG gods for cursing me with the N7 Eagle and Crusader paperweights and giving me character cards I already have, . Although I keep my consumables a bit higher. I'm about to go on a jumbo pack spending spree soon.
