 Hello, I brought Dragon Age II on Origin and I saw it came with a copy of The Black Emporium. After instaling the game and buying all the DLC and installing it all, Ive put a good solid few hours into it...

But I realised the Black Emporium is not showing in-game, I have not got the letter offering me to go there and it is not on the map at all, I have registured my game Product Code and evrything, also I checked my "registered game content" and its not there...

I know its not one of the best things, but the fact I can change my players looks and such is a big for me, and also I did pay for it, so any help would be greatful...I do not really want to reinstall the game and all the DLC with it, including patches...

Check your "Player Entitlements" page: social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php, and make sure that "The Black Emporium" is listed.

Since it's considered DLC, there should have been a seperate authorization code to enable it, (but since you installed via EA: Origins I'm not sure how that all works..)

Thank you, but i checked that before, it is not on there, but when I added DAII into the 'cart' it had the Black Emporium with it, but Its not ingame...nor can I find a way to install it on its own...

If "The Black Emporium" isn't listed on your Entitlements page, then your purchase of it didn't register somehow. 

You'll need to talk with the EA Customer Support at help.ea.com (the "Game Support" link under "Help" at the bottom of the page.)

Once on the Support page, choose "Ask a Game Advisor", then look for the "Live Chat" option.  (No other way to correct problems with DLC not appearing at the account level except though EA.)

I too am having this problem. Both the Black Emporium and Exiled Prince show up on my list of items, but neither show up in the game. All the other items do show up. I tried EA support but it just sends me in a loop. Choose your game -- choose your game -- the call, chat and email options are always greyed out and are unavailable.

If those DLC are showing up in your "Registered Game Content" list, then click the "PC/Mac - More Info" link, then "Download". Finally, double-click each of the .exe to install them into your game.
