Yeah i've lost over 1000 bioware points to ME3, and never received what I payed for.

What I tried to contact tech support, the response I got the first time was basically "you just didn't see it, but you got it"

2nd time I contacted tech support about it, I got a "we're working on it" response, but never got the PSPs I bought.

3rd time? The response had literally NOTHING to do with my issue.

Essentially I've given up on ever getting my points back or PSPs. Result is that BIoware gets no more of my money. Oh well. Their loss, I guess.

Joining in this right here. I just dropped 240 points on a premium spectre pack and got nothing. This is the first time I've ever used points in the store rather than credits, and it's the first time something has gone wrong.

I first lost points back in July and reported it to EA. Since then I've had numerous contact emails with the standard bs they like to trot out. It was only recently that they contacted me to say I had got all my packs and th case would be closed. Coincidentally I had just purchased Leviathan DLC. Furious, I contacted them yet again. This was their reply:

Thank you for writing us again.

I complete understand your situation. Had I been in this situation, I would have been equally agitated. Trust me, if it had been possible for us to add Spectre packs to your account, I would have done it in first time.

I want to get you an effective resolution and for that going to escalate this issue to higher department. Our senior team is well equipped to handle such issues and I’m confident we’ll solve the issue and suggest alternatives.

Due to a back log of contacts, the current estimated time for response is 12 – 14 days. I apologize for the lengthy response time, and we are working diligently to return to an acceptable level of response time. During this time, you may still update your case with additional information that might help us to resolve your issue without causing any additional delay.

It was never our intention to disappoint you. Electronic Arts values you and promises to get the matter sorted. You may visit our extensive knowledgebase online: http://help.ea.com/

There was a workaround but this never worked for me under 1.03. Now under 1.04, it does and I've successfully bought 8 packs (though its a real PITA to do):
1). buy using points. the game will now hang.
2). alt + TAB back to Windows desktop and log out of your Origin account. this will break the connection to server. Now go back into ME and exit the game properly. It's crucial not to manually crash the game or you WILL lose the pack. This goes for in game credits as well.
3). Log back into your Origin account and go back into the game.
4). as soon as you select MP from the Main Menu, your pack should appear immediately. You don't need to go into the store or character.

This has worked every time for me under 1.04. It doesn't change the fact that I'm still out of Bioware points for the failed packs but its a definite improvement.

^^ when i lost 3 packs worth of points under 1.03 i sent an email to bioware team and they "fixed" the problem, well i dont know how or what they did but i got all the basic weapon mod's to lvl 5 and a couple of levlups on some of the weapons i already had in my manifest

not entirely sure about it all but i do know that when buying packs wiht points under both systems the answer was to have origin in game enabled wiht cloud storage,

buy the pack (dont double click the pack though) the points are removed but nothing is shown, leave the store then exit mp, then exit the game, then exit origin, then start everythign up again and voila they were given to you on entering mp, but i stopped buying 5 packs at a time since if you get an app crash it wont give you anything (and me3 likes ot randomly chuck a "stopped responding crash message" ) its a bit of a polava to get things but at least your getting them, also if your buying points be carefull to check the prices, one month it was cheaper to get the 1600 point packs other times its worked out cheaper to get the 800 point packs, not sure why but its costing you 2$ more to buy a single 1600point pack than it is to buy 2 x 800point packs, ea really should change there system as well, if i could add 10x point packs to the shopping cart before purchasing it would a lot faster and mor elikely to buy the damn things.

meh i think theres a big problem wiht EA support team since they rarely respond and out of the 10 times i had ot contact them didnt once manage to sort the issue out, this maybe down ot which country i'm in because i see from others that there phone line system is brilliant, but i'm not ringing the states over a couple of $ (oh yeah buying the 800 point pack 6 times then 20 psp's makes it much better in terms of price per pack than buying hte higher priced cards, cos ea doesnt seem able ot set price points properley, every other company makes it cheaper the more you buy not more expensive)
