i picked green the first time too, but it was because i was in a daze, tired and didn't know what the hell was happening...and also got the news that an old relative of mine had died just before i got to make the decision.

I'm sorry to hear that mate. I hope things are better for you now.

i'm ok, at least it was from old age and peacefully in her sleep. but now each time i reach the ending it's like having a sour taste at the back of your mouth.

That's rough. Hopefully the EC will change the ending enough so you can enjoy it again without the bad memories.

i can only hope, but getting back on track...

on the subject of the possibility of shepard pulling a benezia and breaking free of indocrination for enough time to beat the reapers, how would you choose to end his/her life?

suicide shot to the head like TIM or saren?
shot by LI?
going down in a blaze of glory using the normandy and other fast ships coupled to the crucible using it as a battering ram blowing up along with harbinger? (shepard wants big boom:devil:)

Blaze of glory, definitely. Preferably alone in a shuttle so the rest of the crew can survive. Suicide shot to the head, or being shot by the LI is just a bit too grim. A tearful farewell over the radio to the L.I. could be a really emotional, heartbreaking moment, particularly if Shep accepts his fate willingly and knows that his sacrifice will keep his LI and everyone else safe.

That being said I'd still want to work towards an unambiguously happy ending for my Shep. Poor guy's suffered enough!
