This occured after I downloaded Rebellion and the Patch 1.03 on Thursday, all my bonus powers that I unlocked vanished, although some of my characters retained bonus powers, such as one with Warp Ammo and another with Marksman. However, the list in the Med-Bay was completely empty. What the heck... I'm of course going to go on ahead for certain saves to get some bonus powers back, but is there any news of working to fix this?
