And still, who really cares? Imo only krysae need a nerf, this gun is fun with many disadvantages.
Haven't tried with "High caliber barrel" and "Shredder" tho.

How many guns with a RoF over about 500 do we use without some form of armour breaking?
They aren't just going to remove the ability to use AP ammo or Shredder mod on it, and they can't make Warp Ammo stop working because it's a sunder armour effect that applies to the target.

The mass effect 2 Cain is underpowered because it has such a long charge time and only shoots one shot. Terrible weapon.

RNG just gives my characters cards. cards I've already got. Can't even have a new character that's usefull.
Please RNG gods give me just one of these weapons before it's nerfed to shooting spitballs.

However, as for people flooding gold, I disagree.
The only ones having that gun at level X are people whom play gold a lot.
Having it at Level I, I'd never choose it above my GPS/Graal X

Not meaning anyone in particular, but not a single topic was made because of Biotic Detonations big nerf, or the Geth huge buff(making players weaker by extension)... They did however, made topics about Kishock and not being capable of exploiting the headshot glitch anymore. People only complain about nerf when it doesn't suit their tastes. And when this happens, its always the same "score does mean anything" and "co-op can be unbalanced", meanwhile, players wanting a nerf for some things have some very good points and reasons.

Also the cain wouldn't be OP because it should only have one shot. :\\ Unless that one shot is like a tactical nuke....
I'll admit the weapon is ridiculous. Stripping banshee barriers in 2 seconds, primes, etc...

Yeah, I did notice that the Wave 10 hack objective had them sitting behind cover firing Cobra Missiles. Aside from that little hiccup though, I didn't see much use of skill in that Gold run. It was mostly charge forward and shoot gun, maybe throw the occasional power here and there. Absolutely no use of cover whatsoever and nobody made any attempts to retreat. If the suicidal charge tactic can carry you through a Gold match in 21 minutes I'm all for it. It's a pity no one tried 4 GIs with Proxy Mine and that gun, I'm sure that would've been a sight to see.laurencium wrote...

It does seem interesting that more people aren't using that gun. I guess for Geth you'd be stunlocked by melee, rockets, shotguns, and prime cannon blasts. For Reapers you'll get roflgrabbed by Banshees.

On reapers you can kill marauders very fast, but for this you need only melee. Brutes are easy to kill, but ravager? Bugs are deadly in reegar range.

they should nerf it. it should have 2 bullets per clip, 0.5 m range and 5 damage.
and claymore should have penetration and constant stragger effect on phantoms, because it's big krogan shotgun

You see, I play with some very good ones too and usually score within comparable range. Yet when I switch to something really powerful - like a claymore inf - I can easily lead with a +30-40% score, usually more. That doesn't happen with this gun.
The reegar is only really powerful with a vorcha, on anyone else it's either suicide or you can't use it to its full potential.
