Many times playing in MP, i have noticed that when i go to an ammo pile to reload my ammo,usually refills the rounds but not all the grenades. I found out that i must go to another ammo point to get the missing ones.
And some other times refuses to give me any kind of ammo at all !!
Anyone faced this problem before?

That's normal. There are limited clips and grenades in each ammo case, which refill slowly during a wave. They also refill instantly once a wave is over, but it's first come first served. Grenades refill much slower than ammo.
If you look closely, you can see the grenades and clips disappear when you pick them up. So if you aren't getting any grenades when you approach a case, look down, and you'll see that there aren't grenades to be had. One of your team-mates beat you to them.
