So SWtOR. That's it. Thanks for news on nothing I care about.

Sorry. Cranky J is way too cranky at the moment. I should probably take a break, turn off my laptop for a while.

Was hoping something from BioWare, I mean something else than SWtor. Oh well, waste of time, bummer...

Seriously....

Why is anyone surprised?  Bioware/EA was stingy on releasing ME 3 info prior to release (based on Fan rage about how much info was released about ME 2 prior to it's release, and the fan rage about it afterwards), so why should they change?

Spoilers in every talk about ME 2.  Fans rage about it upon release.
Bioware listens.

Mass Effect 3 is announced.  Bioware says almost nothing.  Fans rage.
Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC announced, with next to no info.  Fans Rage.

The old adage:  You can't please everyone, so you must please yourself, remains very true.

A few hours to a week prior to release, Priestly will announce it (as is part of his job, actually, I think) and until then, we should only expect silence upon the topic of the Extended Cut DLC.

Unless we gather together about a million or so dollars and pay it to Priestly by way of bribery:devil:

That was absolutely terrible, BioWare. Not the game you presented. That looked good, but you can't have seriously expected a positive response by the crowd after REFUSING to announce ANYTHING about Mass Effect. Even if no EC announcement came, you could have maybe presented a little something. Omega, or even some new weapons...ANYTHING! BioWare, your reputation as fan-pleasers just dropped another ten points. Someone should really put together a points system to track your progress from Mass Effect 1 to this very moment. I bet you don't come out ahead. ^_^

So we got 10 minutes of some illiterate, fat guy shouting at us about some crappy UFC partnership which could have been better spent giving us a taster on new Mass Effect content to come, happy days.

I mean seriously. B/w Battlefield 3(which I play) premium, another Call of Garbage, Ghost Recon future soldier which was just released, and now Medal of Honor, how many more military shooters do we need?
Between that and NOTHING in regards to Mass Effect news at all, This E3 flat out sucks...

Agreed. E3 is stinking it up this year. No new IPs or new major franchises. Crysis 3 looks pretty good and Splinter Cell looks alright but that's about it.

Why no Mass Effect? Why no Dragon Age? These used to be flagships and now its just a short mention of TOR.

Does EA just want to focus on sports and shooters? Those games come out all the time.

Best presentation was Sim City. At least its not the other categories.

I thought Crysis 3 looked horrible. Splinter Cell Blacklist(ed?) looks decent, though. Just about the only good announcement. That sucked. I'm done watching. Guys, let me know if Square introduces plans to remake Final Fantasy 7. That's about the only thing that could redeem this year's E3 for me at this point.

It would look better if the camera didn't pan out every few minutes. <_<

Ya true we did rage when too much was released and rage when nothing is released its upsetting for those who did not rage yet you put bioware in a position. I they do one thig they get complaints and if they do another the get complaints so they stay silent which is te best option because we will complain either way. Sigh sometimes I don't understand:(

Was already mentioned nothing on EC would be said. Plus I wouldn't expect any type of DLC be mentioned for a game. Would be waste of time.

Why would they talk about other ME 3 DLC's ?  They have clearly said everything is on hold until they have finished the EC.  The only thing Bioware had to talk about at E3 was the EC and they clearly stated they were not going too.  As for Dragon Age 3 I get the feeling they haven't got a clue what they are going to do with that since they are begging for "fan feedback".

To clarify: I knew they weren't going to give us anything ME, they'd already warned us of that. I was just hoping to hear something 'Dragon Age'-ish, because it's been way too quiet on that front.

Oh, I'm sure ME3 will be mentioned quite a bit at E3...in jest...by many disgruntled fans.

You'd think Bioware would want to have a Mass Effect-related update of some sort at E3 to at least keep interest going for the most recent MP update and the coming EC, even if they didn't have anything to show or say about the latter other than the fact that it's coming. Considering the ill will generated by the ending debacle, is it really wise to go virtually silent about developments in the ME "universe" right now?  I wouldn't think so.

Then again, considering the ME3 fan community, maybe it doesn't matter since all they'll do is complain no matter what is said or not said. "Damned if you do, damned if you don't" I guess.

They have nothing to show, look what do you want ?  Do you want them to rush this crap so they can appease your "oh lemme see lemme see lemme see" or do you want them to do it RIGHT, put the effort in and produce something that will rectify the short comings of Mass Effect 3 in people's eyes ?

Now I have been as strong a critic as anyone here with regards to Bioware.  I think ultimately the EC will be a complete and utter failure anyway.  However if you are looking forward to the EC then you have to let them get on with it rather than waste time "wetting your appetite" for it.  They didn't talk about the EC at E3 because there is nothing to talk about, they didn't show anything about the EC at E3 because there is nothing to show you.  Now seriously let them get on with it.
