Edit: forgot about Comic -Con: July 12-15. Last year Bioware had a good presence, so I guess that's as soon as we can hope for now.

I'd put money on C&C Generals 2 getting cancelled.
Between not having anything to show for it at e3 and Biowares current problems with TOR and, well, everything else, there is no way that game is ever going to get released.
