I didn't take offense or anything PSoul, just trying to explain my thoughts. I assure you I am not trying to min/max for a raid or bragging rights. Just want to test drive a high dps character and make her as deadly as possible.

For Tonya, thanks for the clarification on that point about 100% accuracy. The thread says this:

* 100% hit rate. Unfortunately I cannot calculate the hit rate of each build without knowing the average monster defense rating. However attack rating is quite easy to boost with party buffs. Anecdotally, some people have said they've achieved quite high hit rates with cunning builds.

I think from this statement the higher damage from cunning would easily make up the slightly lower hit rate, but without testing who can say? I'm willing to bet it is though!

Well its very annoying if you ever miss more than one time in a row , I absolutley hate when that happens so I keep the dex up with the CUN , a bit less than the cun but still

Whether i'll download it depends on what it contains, i don't think theres any reason to assume it contains the same as the PC patch so we'll have to wait and see. If it actually addresses all the broken and bugged questlines, DEX issues, memory leak, corrupted saves and other basic game breaking bugs then i'll download it, if it emulates the PC patch and doesn't do much apart from nerfing a few mage spells and other cosmetic gameplay issues then i wont and DA:O will just be going back to the shop as trade in for a game that actually works.
And frankly if it doesnt come out quickly then in the next few days DA:O is going back to the shop anyway, it's been dragging on too long without a patch now.
I decided not to play until patch was released because i wanted to enjoy the game from start to finish not half-**** around with a buggy copy so ive spent a fair amount of time reading these forums.
Hearing about all the bugs which mostly should have been fixed before release, seeing the dismissive way Bioware/EA has dealt with people experiencing them and frankly the community too, so much blinkered fanboyism, derogatory anti-console posting and all the other negative behaviour you get whenever you put a load of human beings together has kinda killed my desire to play so this patch better be some hot **** or its the bargain bin for DA:O.
Which is overall a shame, with this patch Bioware has got one last chance to redeem themselves in my eyes, they can either prove they are an independant quality producer of great art or show that through either weakness or lack of care on thier part they have become/always were just another mass-producing EA-like crap factory.
Bioware needs to step up to the mark and recognise that no matter the quality of your storyline and characters you have GOT to acually back it up with working code and stable programs or people are just gonna not respect you as a game producer, surely KOTOR exemplified that lesson and should have taught you all you needed to know long ago.

Edit to remove excess involuntary profanity.

Wow you ppl are talking like u have a End game raid to go to at the end of the game...its a single player game...who cares what the best stats are for max damage....really...its not an MMO even tho it has MMO aspects just play the game how u want and if u dont want to do the most DPS against COMPUTER controlled NPC's more power to you...jeez..competing for highest dps agains npcs = stupid imo

Why is that any more dumb than doing it in an MMO?

I will download - absolutely.

Beside this I dont like to get disconnected from XBL when not downloading an offered patch. There are just too many good friends in my friendlist and they maybe wondered about where their sweetheart went to - at least I hope so :D Im looking forward to get that patch.
