It's a confession that I'm a douchebag who leads their friends into destruction and darkness.

 

I have a confession that I just got a double nuke in a platinum game and this was one of my victims gg though! you're a good player.

This is completely blowing my mind.  I haven't been back to this forum in years and when I did come back to announce the glory of the maxed manifest that I'd almost given up on, this thread was on the front page!

 

So, it only took 1134 hours of game play over the course of 4 years to finally make it.  After putting the game down for quite a while, it was the the almost subconscious torment of never getting the Hurricane X that brought me back.

 

But that's not the final card that eluded me, no no no.

 

It was......The Venom X.  Finally got it last Sunday and I actually shouted out loud when it finally popped.

 

Truth be told, if The Powers That Be were to choose to never take this game down, I have a terrible feeling I would just keep on playing it intermittently in perpetuity.  It really is just that much fun.

 

I suppose the oddest thing of all is that I have never enjoyed multiplayer games; not in the least.  But this one- this one grabbed me and apparently has no intention of letting go until somebody pulls the plug on it.

 

Maybe Mass Effect 4 will somehow cure me of this fixation, but I doubt it.

Damn right, I do the same. Failures don't deserve rewards. However much Like Victus Jr. or Reegar, I will grudgingly take those creds if I suffer a glorious death after w10 objective is done. Victory, at any cost.

Okay confession time.

 

 

1. It's been about 2 weeks since I've hit something other than swarmers with a cobra missile.

 

2. When I play as a Sentinel or a vanguard, I'm guaranteed to go down almost constantly.

 

3. I consider Female Quarian Infiltrator + Lancer to be the best combination in ME3MP.

 

4. I consider Female Quarian Infiltrator to be the best character in ME3MP.

(EDIT: It has been recently brought to my attention that this is a fact, so this segment of my confession is now concerning my love for said class.)

 

5. I don't like the Harrier.

 

6. I don't like the Javelin.

 

7. I play my game on low resolution because my laptop is a pile of crap and will melt otherwise.

 

8. I seek out wave 11 squad wipes with possessed a-bombs.

 

9. The guy who starts new lobbies then leaves immediately really annoys me.

 

10. I ALWAYS spec for duration in Tactical Cloak

 

11. I'm not a big fan of the Fury.

 

 

That's all I'm confessing right now. Well, that's all there is to confess XD

I promise you, KroLord + Cyclonic + Geth = Sentinel that will not die. Okay, it might be a little more complicated than that, but it is definitely a very non-die friendly setup.

Valid claim, given Tactical Cloak and Sticky Grenades, and the fact that cryo blast, her "weakest" power, is an upper-tier debuff. Edit: I'm a *****, that's the human infiltrator. Still, Sabotage is pretty fickin' cool, too (and the Quarian Engineer has cryo blast so it was an easy mistake i swearz.)

Undying love?

Given that it was the first class I ever used on ME3MP, the only class I've ever used on Platinum, one of the two classes I've ever solo'd gold with (the other being the QFE), my most used class, my favourite class and the class I consider the best in MP... I can go with that. I'll edit my confession

Why you no Geth Prime Juggernaut? Phantom Shadow? Or the least successful, Phoenix Dragoon?

 

PS: My friend has a Phantom Shadow, apparently modelled it after some armour in the Citadel DLC, but she looks just like a phantom and scares the junk out of me far too often.

Well, I kind of feel bad when I kill a nemesis because they kind of try and run away and I mercilessly hunt them down. But killing phantoms is fun.
