I could really use some help from you guys because you seem to be much more knowledgeable then the dimwits at EA/Orgin. First the issue, then I shall list everything that I have already done to resolve this on my own.

Everytime I launch the game it says that it is unable to connect to the EA servers followed by unable to validate the DLC, you must be logged into the account that you pruchased the DLC from. I only have one account and I have the Digital Deluxe Edition. When I just try to run the SP it tells me that I am missing "From Ashes" which makes no sense seeing how it comes with the game and I have everything installed.

This is what I have already done

• Uninstall and Re-install the game
• Repaired the game
• checked for updates
• reset the modem
• checked the Firewall
• Ran the game in Admin
• Tried the "let someone else intive you to a MP match" and got the "Mass Effect 3 servers are uniavalible at this time"
• Cleared the Cache
• Participated in a Ritual
• Tried the FF8 Zell approach to fixing mechanical things

I litterally have no idea what else to do and when I went to Orgin for help they told me to try everything up there on that list (which I had done before I even went to them) and after I told them they just said "sorry" and dissconnect. So if anyone has any ideas on what may be the issue and how to resolve it. I will love you forever.

P.S. yes the last two are jokes, but I am trying to find some humor to this inconvience
