The AT-1 Tormenter was the first Batarian weapon modified for the SIU and is still in service today. The weapon uses two barrels to fire two shotgun blasts at the same time, shreading all but the toughest targets apart. In light of the reaper invasion and Khar'Shan's destruction SIU operatives are releasing blueprints and supply caches of stored weapons making the Tormentor a more common sight on the Battlefield.

Weight: 1.8 - 1.35
Damage: 75 - 110
(1200 - 1760 All pellets)
(400 - 960 Against Armor)
FireRate: Claymore
Clip Size: 1
Spare Clips: 10 - 20
Accuracy: Effective range is 10 meters and under so 5 or under

The AT-1 Tormenter is based off the alpha strike of double barrel shotguns so instead of the traditional 8 fired it fires 16 pellets at once so the horrible accuarcy is to balance this out. Using a smart choke would increase it but it would still be larger than a claymore's regular circle. If the target is killed with 12+ pellets they explode like the effect of carnage/ballistic blades/Krysea. The reload would be the quick pump action one with two separate heat sinks ejecting out but still using one ammo.

If you have any suggestions to balance or change this weapon just say so.

Next up the Cerberus Chimera, a 3-round burst shotgun.

I've had two reaper weapons for AGES now, bro. The Cindernova and the Ashwarp; the first two weapons in the Reaper Arsenal I made.

Holy crap. After I read the Firefight DLC data, it seems this thread IS doing something. We're getting a electrical quarian anti-synthetic assault rifle (Our Arc Rifle) and a brutal, burst submachine gun (Some of our SMG ideas, the Bloodletter being the most that comes to mind). Here's to the brilliant minds of our thread!

The description of that bloodpack SMG sounded like it would be a weapon that would have a burst fire AP barrel, and a automatic non AP Barrel.

Burst fire against armor, Auto fire against mooks.

That sounds a lot like the Prophet SMG, if you ask me.

I really like its idea, and it makes a lot of sense for a weapon in the mass effect universe.

Kishock is Batarian, not mercenary, Raptor should be Cerberus/Turian and not Human/Turian, and the Mattock and Eviscerator should both be Cerberus as well.

Yeah I saw the Cindernova and Ashwarp when this thread first started, I thought they were pretty interesting, because they are reaper weapons. Anyway, nicely done.

 I made some weapon ideas, and another person posted about another SMG which I christened the Asura Assault SMG:
  • Kishock Spike SMG- an SMG that does very high damage (as well as dot damage), hurricane like accuracy, low fire rate (less than the locust) and a weight in between hurricane and locust
  • The Salamander- Issued to most Salarian STG teams, the Salamander is a compact assault rifle designed to be used when a situation gets very sticky and even a Scorpion cannot contain it. The Salamander fires large, high-impact polonium rounds that deal massive damage to a target (around 125 damage per bullet) but at the cost of accuracy (slightly more than harrier) and rate fo fire (around 450RPM). The weapon does 90% damage on direct hit and the other 10% is DOT damage spread over 5 seconds. The dot damage does stack so if enough shots are fired on a target, the dot can be devasatating. The clip size should be around 24 rounds with 3 extra rounds at level I. DOT damage does 150% damage vs health.
  • A rachni assasult rifle, just because I think rachni are a very awesome race. The rifle would be fairly accurate (slightly more than the harrier), with  a damage of 110 (level I)  with a rate of fire around 525. However, as an extra twist, (and to emphasize the rachni being "hive minded"), each rachni AR is interconnected, as it is part organic, and when more than one is being used in a match, the damage of the weapon increases by 5-10% for each weapon (not sure about it though).
  • The Qwib Qwib SMG- Named after Asmiral Koris' home vessel, the Qwib Qwib, the Qwib Qwib SMG further advances the technology used in the Reegar Carbine. In order to imrove the range that the Reegar Carbine suffers from, the Quarians had to sacrifice damage for range. In order to make up for the lost damage, the rate fo fire was increased slightly. The SMG does 40 damage per "bullet" and has a fire rate of 1100. It does 200% damage against shields (compared to the reegar's 300% damage) but has a 75% damage against armour. Also has a clip size of 25.
  • This is C0M3ATS_BRO's idea for a weapon. I just made up the name. The Asura (Assault) SMG, it fires a burst of three bullets, but with little delay between the bursts, so it functions like how the Shuriken did in ME2 (if you tap the tirgger fast it pretty much became a fast firing fully automatic smg). However, if you hold the trigger, you can release the burst in one go. The bullets should do around 60 damage. And a fire rate of 750 for the burst, with a delay of 0.1 second I'd say (not entirely sure about that).

I had an idea for a Collector Sniper Rifle where it could be like the Collector Particle Beam (as in it is a beam based sniper rifle) but be balaced so it isn't completely overpowered. For example, it could be incredibly accurate and have a really fast fire rate but have little damage and be very heavy? Appearance wise, well im not very good at drawing or anything but im sure it would be similar to these:
