Yeah, whatever. Maybe Allers got the recolour of FemShep's? Hmmmz.

I love the awkwardness behind FemShep being not able to pick a dress that would suit her pear figure.

Assuming that's an ingame shot - how did you get her to sit down in a civilised manner?

There's a big difference between a hoodie and a dress. Sure, even wearing a hoodie is pushing it but, c'mon, a cocktail dress? Seriously?

The right dress can look very nice and professional while still being feminine (not THAT dress but...) a hoodie looks like you decided not to get dressed that day and wanted to loaf around in your PJs XD

A dress uniform would have been nice.

I agree. Female military personnel today are authorized to wear skirts + heels with their dress/service uniforms. There should be an option for that within the Alliance dress blues option for FemShep.

I think he made this with Garrys Mod or some other editor. ;)

Nobody asked...how was the shot taken? Is it a mod? How to enable?

You can do that with mods.

So direct us to a mod that allows FemShep to get the leather jacket

Don't most military folk dress in casuals when they're not on missions?

No. When you're on duty you're in uniform.

Know what I would have liked to see?

Some actual physique.

She's an N7 marine, fer cryin' out loud! Why does FemShep have skinny little arms?

It's been shown that a female action lead can still look good with a built figure. Case in point: Korra.

I agree, femshep should pack some muscle.

I remember when I made this argument pre-release I got attacked like I said all skinny girls are wimps who can't lift their arms. One poster said she was in the military, was built like FemShep, and could "take down" a 300lb marine...

I mean between missions.  I'm almost positive that full body armour isn't worn then,  just casual army issues

I totally agree! She has the tiny arms of a 12 year old yet the dumpy saggy body of a grandma. If I had the N7 hoodie I would make femshep wear it at all times to cover her body. (even though I don't like the hoodie)

There isn't any full body armor. Even bomb-techs aren't fully armored. And there isn't any "casual" military clothing. You can take off the jacket when you're not "working" but there aren't any non-uniform outfits aside from exercise clothing(but even that is basically a "uniform"). You have your fatigues and your dress uniform(in my case Air Force "blues"), no "casual" clothing.

While I'm sure there are certain professional settings where a dress is appropriate, I doubt that the military - especially as commanding officer on a combat vessel where everyone else seems to be in some sort of uniform - is one of them. I suppose the same could be said of those sleeveless casual outfits. I almost never have my Sheps wear those except when (a) hanging around in the Captain's cabin having a chat with somebody or (B) in ME2, infiltrating Afterlife to look for Morinth.

Heels? On a space ship? They use magnet boots for a reason. And It's hard to imagine magnet boots on a high heel. And I also doubt that heels are allowed IRL on a mlilitary ships\\aircrafts.

I like this jacket, I'd absolutely love this one for my FemShep. I hate that dress - the last thing you expect tp find in a CO closet, really. Who even left it there, I wonder...considering that Anderson was going to keep SR2 for himself... Just like sum techs  from docks had sum fun with an invited non-military lady in a capitan's bed while no one was watching, and forgot to cover tracks.

And I also think that in ME3 alliance officer uniform on FemShep looks not that bad (not that cerberus black bathrobe, at least, and I'm ok with no skirt - as skirt would not do well with magnet boots anyway)

FlyingSquirrel: Depending on the style, a dress would be as appropriate if not moreso than mshep's jeans/t-shirt/jacket and (especially) lumberjack outfit. Plus in ME1 shep always wore a uniform since she was alliance but in ME2 she's a civilian and possibly a spectre, and by ME3 she's become a heroic icon and pretty much can wear whatever she wants.

Nrieh: Mag boots are part of the armor, not the casual clothes/uniform. The regular crew like Joker and Chakwas don't have them. IRL women used to be REQUIRED to wear skirts in the military. I doubt you could wear 6 inch platform stilettos but pumps would be the norm I bet.

Here are some dresses I would like to see fshep have
more professional:

more casual:
