my first question is simple- where do i get the juggernaut plate helm at? i have the other three pieces but need the helm to finish the set

and second - during the Caputered quest i have my two characters(morrigan and sten) reach the cell, kill the jailor, and open the chest to get my armor on allistar and the main. but when sten and morrigan enter the cell all i can do is have allistar say his witty remark about  being templar and the quest marker is still above my guys head, then nothing else happens after that so how do i move on in the quest and get my party back together

1) you get all the other pieces by disturbing the graves. Judging by how you have most of the pieces, you have yet to disturb a grave. They are located where you fight swift/shadowrunner after the you trick the forest to let you through, near the hermit's house by those ruins, and in the forest where you talk to the tree. They are marked by a little X on your map if I remember right.

2) Is your player character there? My suggestion is to not grab your armor, get your guy out first, and then grab the armor.

ok thanks for helping with number one but i've already tryed that method for question two and yes my character is there in the cell with allistar
