I just opened my Collector's Edition for the 360 and I saw codes for:
-Blood Armor
-Shale
-3 unlockable items

But I do not see a code for Stone Prisoner. Does it come as part of the Shale download or something else? I have a total of 3 codes in the box.

As far as I know it is the Shale download.

Stone Prisoner is the Quest line to get Shale...so I would assume they are one and the same.
