Lack of teamwork and kill stealing doesn't exist

games are meant to be fun don't take them too seriously or you might loose a friend you have been playing with for many months.
when a friendship is thrown down the drain because something as silly as high score it really breaks ones heart ya know ...

It's a team game, clear all the waves as best as you can. I don't even have time to consider who is shooting at what, if it crosses my sights it's dead. (Well thats the idea, sometimes it doesn't work out quite that way LOL).

If I am leveling a character on say silver, and a level 20 idiot, like I've had sometimes, comes around and justmops the floor with everyone, then I'd be a bit peeved about it. When my friends are leveling with their chars on silver, I usually just simple give them room and either drop the enemy's shields or disable them for them, or step in and take up the slack when they start getting overwhelmed.
Gold, however, is a different story. On that difficulty, my philosophy is if at least one of my weapons doesn't run out of ammo, I'm not shooting enough. Honestly, the people who try to make themselves look good by, say, soloing an Atlas really ticks me off. Frankly anyone can solo any enemy in gold, given the time and space, but don't do it when you've got a team that's worrying about killing everything else around that Atlas.

Still, at least that way everyone fails the round and you're awarded credits up to that point. Better than a disconnection!

you have a good point there about the level 20s killing everything
i try to stick to using level 20s on gold if we are playing for credits to get a gun upgrade or a character

I hate in the earlier rounds when everyone just runs around trying to mop everything up and spawns get all weird.
Just calm down for a second and let the enemy come to you. This isnt a speedrun and it'll just take longer if people need revived.

Anyways, I'm up for any challenge, easy or difficult, as long as I'm surrounded by players that enjoy synergy and want to have fun. I play ALL classes(except sentinel), but be warned.....when you see my Phoenix Adept in the lobby, be prepared to see Lash spammed like never before...I'll be "stealing" a lot of kills
*I joined a silver lobby earlier as the new vanguard with 3 infiltrators waiting, the leader asked in a very nice tone if I'd be using lash often. I said "more than often" and he asked me to leave or be kicked, so I left quietly lol.

I agree with this. If it comes across my firing line, I shoot to kill. I get increasingly frustrated if I'm playing with adepts/vanguard/vorcha (especially all together) and get abused for taking a kill, which is rare anyway.
"You killed my guy! I can't regen my bloodlust!" "You killed my guy, I can't regen from charge!" "Oh you messed up 'splosion! GTFO"
Well, WTF am I doing here then!? In the beginning waves, maybe 6 and lower, I stand off a bit and depending on my class (if I'm playing adept) I'll stasis everything and let the others take the kill. I don't care about points. It's very rare I top the charts anyway. I don't care. But otherwise, it's kill or be killed. If I can help with 'splosions, I will. It's only recently I even learned of them. If I see a teammate getting buttmonkeyed by a baddie, I'll try my best to take them out. It just gets increasingly hard to keep the cool when you have others 'bagging' enemies and do their nut in when I kill something and think it's OK to verbally abuse me from behind their little mics.

i try to work in a team but some people just make it impossible. this is mainly on bronze and silver though. gold is live or die when it comes to teams. i try to pair up with someone (i play with no headset) especially if i have stasis so i can assist in getting phantoms (i hate them so much!) an other tricky to shoot enemies.
i guess i don't mind teamwork. i never played MP online before ME3. the thought of 'killing' someone like me was never enjoyable so this horde style really suites me. though i have to admit, in lower levels vanguards are really were annoying. some just want the top spot in score by jumping around everywhere. they are the ones i accuse of 'stealing' kills. once i started on silver and gold, i got over it.
also saying this i don't play with friends in ME3, have few friends on xbox as i prefer randomly joining. its amazing that some odd combos of characters can work so well together!

@AlistairsGirl: Now there is no excuse for abusing someone when they are attempting to help. If I get outscored or someone gets the kill first I am not mad, just disappointed in myself as I know I can do better. Politely asking to attempt avoiding glowing blue targets is one thing, asking you to read my mind knowing which enemy I am targeting is another and there is no reason to be mad that you killed something.
My thoughts exactly. If (when) I get outscored, I just shrug it off. I don't play for points, I play to complete a match while having fun and working together. It's only been in the last 2 weeks or so that I learned of biotic explosions, and how to recognise them. I never played adept until then, so yes.. I was ignorant to their tactic. Funnily, now that I use one, I can understand the annoyance. But now that I know, I try to remember it and target something else.
Sometimes it just takes all the fun out of playing when you come across these idiots that like to abuse.

WTF is "assistist" and "irrirevilent"?
An assistist is a small cyst under the ego, usually filled with some nasty liquid. An irrirevilent is a drug used to make you stop itching (usually specific to private parts).

Played a silver match this morning, had two Vanguards and an Infiltrator, I was a Vorcha Sen, first five waves I knew when things heated up we were going to be in trouble, you can fly across the map early on and probably get away with it, when you go down which in this case was often by wave 6, don't expect everyone to run to you.
Found myself in a corner early in wave 7 or 8, didn't look good as the team was all over the map and two down, I had two rocket troopers and a Pyro on my path while I was in cover, it would have been impossible to get through so they had to be taken out, if I take them out, you will die, it was the only option but OMG did I take heat over the mic, I said nothing.....this is not what this game is about.
