In one profile I can assing 2 of them working but on the other 2 profiles it won't recognize those buttons at all.mhow do I fix it? I've tried exiting tge SetPoint but it didn't help.

On my G400, I alt + tab to the setpoint application, verify my ME3 profile is active. Alt tab back in, test the keybind, and now it works.
I always test the keybind once ME3 launches and verify that it sees "Thumb Button" appropriately. Overall, I think it works 50% of the time on first boot. Lately I haven't had to do the alt + tabbing, earlier I had to do it nearly every time.
If I was having trouble getting that to work, I may force Set Point to recognize Thumb Button as a keyboard command, such as "F", or "3", depending on what you are trying to do with it.
