I have participated in two operations recently (the operation to kill phantoms and geta Gold full extraction, and the most recent one, which was to promote 3 characters and promote 50,000 overall. I did not participate in the kill 3 million banshees operation). I managed to complete both the squad based objectives and partcipated in the event. However, I did not recieve a commendation pack for either of those two squad-baed completions. I would like to know why and if it would be possible for me to actually recieve them, if not now, then for future operations, because it's very disheartening to do the requirements but not receive a reward.
