  Today Im going to start playing ME2 with my 100% Renegade Shepard who is as evil as he can be. My goal is to only have Thans and Morith to survive the sucide mission, I want to have so mcuh  "worse case scenario" as possible in ME3
The thing is that I want to play as many mission it is possible without getting any paragon or finish any mission that can give posstive things for ME3(in paragon views).

1.So is it negative to play LOTSB? Because if I dont play it Liara wont be the Shadow Broker in ME3? Because it must be positve in war views against the Reapers if she is the Shadow Broker?
 
 2. Another question I have is around getting the whole crew killed in the Suicide Mission, can I do unlitimed missions after the IFF mission? My plan is to do the IFF mission as early as possible and do almost every other mission after it to get worst possible scenario for the crew?

3. To only get Thane and Morith to Survive is there any mission I should avoid? Wich Loyality missions can I do and wich dont to avoid that more squadmates survives?

1 - I think Liara will still be the Shadow Broker if you don't do LotSB. She gets the info some other way and just hires mercs to get rid of him or something.

2 - Far as I know, yes.

3 - Check out the stickied thread Guide to the Suicide Mission at the top of this forum. I'm pretty sure there's a ready reckoner in there somewhere for getting specific desired results wrt who ends up dead.

I have search for it there, but havent find just about my topic Also post a few posts there, but the thread isnt active much so there isnt much replys

There's a link on there for specific outcomes further down the thread. There someone posted a second link to a post elsewhere that has details for a two survivor only, Thane and Morinth, result. Here y'go.

One more question, Im not going to do any Normady upgrades at all. The sure that the suicide mission get as bad as possible.
BUT, I realy dont want Shepards face to have scares and the only way to get rid of them is to upgrade the Med Bay. What do the Med Bay upgrade do in the Suicide mission? Who will survive if I have upgraded the Med Bay?

AFAIK the med bay upgrade does nothing at all anywhere in the game apart from fix Shepard's scars. For your purposes the only upgrades you need to avoid are armour (Jacob's), shields (Tali's) and Thanix cannons (Garrus'). I haven't heard that getting more probes and bigger fuel tanks does anything on the Suicide Mission

Samara - Slain by Morinth
Jack - No Shield Upgrade, died by laser beam
Legion - No Armor Upgrade, incinerated
Garrus - No Weapon Upgrade, impaled
Jacob - Rocket to the face
Grunt - Taken by seeker swarm
Mordin - Shot while closing second door
Tali - Died at final boss
Miranda - Died at final boss
Zaeed - Left him to die in the fire he started

Assuming Thane dies and Morinth gets killed/leaves because she continuously wants unsafe sex, the only remaining people on board the Normandy SR-2 for Mass Effect 3 will be Shepard and Joker.

Im going to play like Ecael did, I want that outcome BUT Im going to play with Kasumi and she isnt on Ecael's gameplay, how should I do to make her to dont survive the Suicide mission? I want only Mortith and Thane still alive.

Haven't added up the numbers on the guide flowchart but off the top of my head Kasumi is defensively weak. If you don't do her loyalty mission at all then you may find she's an additional death in the Hold The Line team. If that doesn't work out you may need a different approach to the one Ecael used.
