I finished Leliana's song and found all the pieces of the Battledress of provacetour.It appears in my inventory in Awakening but not in origins.
Battledress of provacetour doesn't appear in Origins.

I have the dlc file but it doesn't appear in the DLC section in Dragon Age Origins

You might try manually reinstalling it. If memory serves, there are two different DLC files... one for Origins, and one for Awakening. There's a link to the Dragon Age Wiki page for manually installing DLC in the solutions roundup... which is linked in my sig below.

I installed the ultimate edition and I can't go online with my computer with Dragon age.

If the DLC is unauthorizaed, you'll need to figure out some way to go online, at least once, to authorize it.

I had the file installed when I went online to authorize, but it isn't visible in the dlc list.
