I was redirected to this forum by the EA support staff.

I am missing N7 points. I have a total of 30 squads/classes promoted, which should equal a N7 score of 900 right?
30 points (20 levels + 10 for promoting) x 30 (squads/classes) = 900
I also have played some more after promoting yesterday and have three level 1 characters, two level 8 characters and one level 2 character. So my score should be 921, right?

But it is "merely" 861. Where did my points go?

Looks like two promoted squads aren't uploaded to my N7 score (60 points).

Never mind... I promoted 6 squads yesterday and went from 30 to 34, so there were 2 squads gone or something, or wrongfully promoted? Don't know
