BioWare first I want to thank you for trying. That said, you broke more than you fixed. Everyday I am seeing more and more threads about more and more glitches and bugs. And then we have the useless AFK and N7 Matchmaking attached. This latest patch is doing more harm than good, and you need to realize this and roll it back.

There is literally ONE good thing about Patch 1.03, it fixed a memory leak for PS3 players. And here is a list for reference.

- ULM not fixed
- Vanguard glitch not fixed
- Ops Pack glitch not fixed
- T-Pose not fixed and now happens MORE often
- Falcon not fixed, but even if it was EVERY projectile weapon suffers the same fate as the Falcon
- Geth Prime headshot removed now makes Geth extremely potent on Silver/Gold nearly too potent on any map not Firebase White
- Kishock relegated to "useless" now because even if it wasn't intended to critical hit Reaper units... that was it's ONLY saving grace. Instead balance it from 300% headshot damage to 225%.
- Falling through maps not fixed
- N7 Matchmaking is universally hated in the community. It doesn't work as intended, in fact it doesn't work.
- AFK Auto-Kick doesn't work, leechers are still finding ways to leech and honest players are getting kicked when they are guarding flanking locations.
- Asari Justicar power damage in the racial tree rank 5 is bugged still.
- Krogan Vanguard Rage tree is bugged still.
- Cerberus Adept and Vanguard Fitness tree is bugged and doesn't apply Health and Shield upgrades in game.
- Overstock Ammo bug still exists and when does happen, a single shot empties a whole clip and forces a reload.
- Negative Ammo bug still exists and will lock up an entire match when it occurs as there is no way to actually undo it.
- Power/Gun lock glitch still occurs which can only be fixed by dying, which is a poor fix.
- Heavy Melee glitch still occurs which will lock out Heavy Melees and will only allow regular melee attacks until you take cover. Which is a silly bug with a easy fix but can still cost you dearly (Melee GI build, Krogans) when it occurs.
- Tactical Cloak glitches, which causes an automatic de-cloak as soon as you enter cloak. Caused by projectile weapons like the Krysae, Falcon, GPS, Graal, Scorpion, Striker and Kishock.
- False Cloak glitches are occuring where you should be cloaked but every enemy can see you and no shots/powers gain any bonuses. Only way to fix is to Cloak, uncloak, Re-Cloak.
- Shorter waiting period between waves, currently it's a bad thing. There isn't enough time for the group to even regain their composure and prepare by getting ammo from ammo boxes. And woe to the grenade users who have to run to multiple ammo boxes. Not actually a good thing.
- Concussive Shot Rank 6 Amplification still does not work as intended going by the description of the power. It's a completely useless upgrade.

These are just a few of the on going bugs and glitches some of which have been added or made worse by patch 1.03.

So this is an official community petition for you (BioWare) to roll back to version 1.02 until you can release a good patch that actually fixes more than it breaks.

Thank you.

Signed. 1.03 brought nothing positive to the table. This game was 10x better before it.

F*** no!. The framerate slowdown was fixed(for me) on the PS3. Not to mention the Falcon is now useful and games are a LOT quicker. These are all problems that can be fixed in due time. You just have to wait for them to fix these issues.

Shorter waiting period between waves => Your argument is invalid.

Speaking of matches moving faster... not a good thing exactly.

You understand matchmaking is broken right?

Yes. So when I feel like playing a random game, I start by myself and people join in sooner or later.
Shorter waiting time still beats that imho.

While I don't think rolling back the whole patch would work, I want bioware to at least admit the patch ended up not addressing many of the problems it was supposed to. They should let us know that they aware of this and the problems will be fixed soon, not just 'internally discussed'.

But roll back the N7 matchmaking ASAP. That thing is horribly bad.

I can actually make an argument against that, if you want. And you can't invalidate more wrong with one right thing. It doesn't work that way.

I would gladly have a longer wait period between waves than have all the bad crap that 1.03 brought to the table.
Longer wait means my team has a chance to hit-up an ammo box, get grenades from multiple ammo boxes if they need to, AND still get back to their positions.

Currently, that's impossible.

There I invalidated your opinion with better reasoning. ;)

No thanks. The issue is the new DLC, not the patch. Rolling back now would only make things worse. I know this because the couple days between the DLC release and the patch on the 360 were far worse bug-wise.

You do realize there were actually LESS bugs and issues before patch 1.03 right?

Why? I like it.

The patch is a joke though. No argument there.

[edit] You explained why you don't like the shorter time between waves, but I think it helps to make it a little harder to exploit the "cheap" missile / grenade spam enemy spawn points tactic. Who needs to regroup anyway?

There was only one thing that the patch affected concerning the DLC. And that was the Gear equipment slot becoming unequiped.

Other than that, the patch had no relevence towards the DLC at all. <_<

Shorter wait means more intensity and more credits/time unit.

And you still have enough time to headbutt between waves.

A very comprehensive list. You got most of the issues covered.
One thing i would like to mention though. The falcon glitch was fixed no ? I tried it out a lot playing non-host & it works very well. But yes the new sniper rifle does fire blanks so maybe i was just lucky with some good hosts.

Because on Gold, you barely get to make it to an ammo box and back to your position in time. And god help you if you have to go to multiple boxes to get grenades.

This issue is extremely noticable on Condor where the ammo boxes are set far away from the best starting position on top of the hill. It's better to wait for the next wave to start before going and getting ammo so you don't accidentally allow a spawn to occur on the top of the hill.

There is literally NO breathing room between waves now. Which is a bad thing for the most part. I was fine with the pacing of the match before these changes.

@ Kronner: I respect your opinion, but we'll have to agree to disagree. You like the current pacing, I liked the old pacing. Different strokes for different folks. But I made my case against it.

huh.  I take it your a bronze player.

On higher difficulties you actually benefit from team snyergy, using equipment and the such.

But please, continue the solo bronze krogan headbutting fests.

Perhaps next time, they should have test the patch before release. I mean, the ULM bug, the tactical cloak bug, and the vanguard bug etc etc can all be tested very easily by getting into a real game.
