Petition to rollback Patch 1.03 to 1.02

I'm also getting a lot more DC post-patch/Rebellion. Not sure whether this is just my luck or due to the patch/Rebellion. Earlier today, my Kroguard was on his way to an all-time high score when I got DCed post-extraction but just before the score came up (I was the host). Most frustrating!

The first is a negative and that is setting up a lobby. Before, I host a match and within a minute, lobby is full and ready to go. Now I find myself waiting upwards of 10 minutes, or more just find players. What is up with this? I host because I have a fast connection. And anytime I join a match, it's just usually really laggy. But now it's hard to do either.
The second thing is the biggest improvement and that is the fix in memory leak, or whatever they did. I played for three hours and never saw the framerate drop, even for a second. It usually got so bad after a couple hours that if there was one frame movement every three seconds, that was a huge accomplishment. It was down right unplayable after a couple hours. If it was a long play session...I might have summarized it to being my poor PS3. But after two hours? No. Now that is gone, I am love with multiplayer again. The third and final thing is small, but it was noticeable enough that I am happy for it.
No more pause between rounds. Round ends and three seconds later, round begins. No more waiting like, "Ugh come on!" it transitions right to it. I love the patch even more for that reason.
But yeah, all those things OP listed, if those are true...they should be checked out. Because that is pretty bad patching. However, I think everyone needs to give some kudos to Bioware for at least sticking with this game and trying to patch stuff. If they goofed this time, yeah it sucks, but they are at least giving it a good attempt. Just the issues on PS3 alone make it a much more enjoyable game. Now maybe a technical issue fixed here and there could make it even better. Just some random guys two cents.

The quality control for ME3 MP is atrocious at this point.

This is by far the best (and maybe only) good thing to come out of the patch. That's why I can't fully support a total rollback.

I really wonder who made this crap? I`ve seen independent developers and even non-profit freetime projects fixing more stuff in a shorter amount of time without introducing so much new fail. This is a AAA title? Who is actually programming this? Who is testing it? How can someone on a professional level release such a broken patch? How is it not noticed in a company that big by anybody that this patch is one big load of crap?
BioWare, it seems to me that your technicians and the quality-control department is not existant and outsourced to a bunch of monkeys in fine dresses.
Please, get someone actually competent into your company. Or shut it down.

Shut-down of Bioware wouldn't suprise me down the road. EA would have no problem with it.

And if they continue to operate on this level of failure, neither do I...

Also, Falcon not fixed? I thought it works pretty well off-host now.
Well, other than that, the new matchmaking is horrible.

Either way the list in the OP will serve as BW's list of stuff to actually fix, once they get off their backsides and do something properly. If you're gonna do something, at least do it right and right the first time, especially considering how long we have/had to wait for proper fixes >_>

And I agree. If Quality Control weren't sacked the during the production of the final run to the conduit, as I suspect, they have no excuse for what's happened after that, campaign and multiplayer. So much has slipped though the cracks.
Edit: Signed. Sorry. Need to work on my own quality control.

I wonder if all the problems we're having didn't appear while they were testing because they have better computers/connection/hardware than your Average Joe.
Yeah, so much better hardware available for the X-Box 360 and the PS3... Plus: a AAA videogame-developer who does not know about system-limitations for test-environments? Even monkeys in fine dresses know about that....so is BioWare run by hamsters instead of monkeys?

I am a console player and I wouldn't mind waiting for patches provided they actually worked as intended.
I think a rollback is a bad idea, but I can understand where some of the fervor is coming from.

That's odd... First time I tried to quote you I was sent to some guy called "Ninja Stan"'s profile page.
Anyway, lay off the Space Hamster. He's done nothing wrong.

Well actually, if they have newer consoles that could mean less problems. And while I admit I know nothing of professional testing, that wouldn't surprise me if they indeed didn't know, or care, about the limitations.
