I think that 1.03 brought a lot good to the table, the ONLY bad thing it brought is the N7 matchmaking thing.

The ULM for SMGs does work better now, just not completly.

It actually doesn't work at all Tangster provided concrete video evidence of this.

/signed. I rather have a rollback since the patch accomplished next to nothing while introducing new bugs...

No. That would mean players for the ps3 would once again by playing the game with a time limit that registers itself through increasing lag until you're playing an interactive slideshow that eventually freezes.

I'd love to see ULM fixed and the vanguard glitch completely resolved. but everything else is fine.

My biggest concerns were the vanguard glitch, the ULM not working, and skill trees not working (battlemaster/justicar).

The patch claimed to fix those things but it didn't. It's a wasted patch as far as I'm concerned, so I'm fine if they wanna roll back.

2 biggest problems for me are the matchmaking and the new tac cloak bug (instant decloak, this never happened to me pre-patch, even when i'm not hosting, now it's almost constant)
infiltrators are my fav class so i'm pretty pissed off

True, the latest patch brought a great deal of improvement to the PS3.  The MP lag for example is fixed.  Also noticed that when I purchased packs at the store with a prompt "waiting" and disconnects to the ME server, it fixs the issue on purchase packs not reflected due to server disconnection.  Next time I log-in the MP, the purchase packs prompt is displayed.

I get the feeling that maintaining 3 different plattforms in one patch is also the cause of the big issues the dev have, why not publishing patches seperately for every plattform? Since we aren't able to play together anyway.

New bugs introduced, old bugs that were supposed to be fixed are still there, trying to host and actually fill a lobby when I don't have three friends to invite is next to impossible and a significant element of skill taken out of the game by removing headshot damage on certain enemies. All things considered this patch is an absolute disaster.

I agree but AFK kick is good and I doubt if bioware will go back on that one.

And some things in the list have nothing to do with the patch. The changelog says nothing about Kroguard's Rage. Rolling back the patch doesn't make a difference on this one.

IMO, these are issues but the game is still playable. A rollback would be necessary if it opened an exploit to useris/password information.

Instead of a rollback, how about 1.04 patch that addresses these issues?

Right, Patch 1.04 releasing 3 months from here...

Of course, fixing what the patch broke does not required rollback, just a tweak at BioWare's end, so "rollback" is not precisely rollback... More like "do it now or never" fix.

Main points are belief that kishok was balanced great if it were still capable of headshooting stuff others cant and having a rising n7 rating resulting in more smoking in the lobby than kickin' stuff.

Well... Kishock and the headshot thing was the only glitched they fixed, I don't think we should complain about that. Removing headshot was not a balance change. If it needs balance, we should open a thread about that, but reintroducing a glitch to balance a weapon... Its strange.

Same when they fix the flamer+reegar thing...

This seems to be a fairly good indication that more playtesting needs to be done. Look at TF2 and LoL for example. They both have beta testing servers where patches can be released, play tested and fine-tuned before being released into the main game from feedback by players. All it would take is to release a ME3 multiplayer beta environment on origin, XBL and PSN in which players can be given a batch of upcoming weapons, characters, maps and game mechanics to test and report back on, allowing people to say things such as "hey, ULM still doesn't work", "I was carrying the objective when it fell through the floor" or even "oh look, vanguards can still fly".

Seems like it would be easier to roll it back, at least for right now, until they can actually release something that fixes the issues.

Fix ALL the thing ^^'

Seriously N7 match making is worse than bad, it's almost a good reason to stop playing.
Fixing the head shots on bosses is nearly as bad because it remove a lot of fun.

I had two friends on last night and we partied up, started a lobby and we waited for 40 minutes to start a R/R/G match when we opened the 4th slot up to Public.

The ONLY reason it took 40 minutes was because another friend hopped on and we invited them. This patch HAS to go.

N7 Matchmaking is like the Ending/s of Mass Effect 3 but for Multiplayer. :pinched:

No, because Microsoft checks for available updates and if you refuse them you get disconnected from XBL, Origin also has a forced patch policy, not sure about PSN but I think they may too.

Rollback impossible, so patch 1.04 that fixes bugs would be the only way to go.

Rollbacks aren't impossible, Bethesda did it with Skyrim when they messed up a patch so bad Dragons were flying backwards.

You have been invalidated.

Don't roll back. Fix the problems in the next patch.
