- Collector base and Afterlife maps
- Collector enemies
- the only really viable "new" species for MP would be Prothean. Since that's a whole different story I would rather have new classes based on existing aliens, such as:
-Spectre Human (Male and Female)
-Spectre Asari, Turian, Salarian.
- Mercenary Krogan (Blood Pack, with Wrex style armor)
- Exiled Quarian (more ragtag look, powers)
- Assassin Drell (cloak?)
That way the older aliens and human characters can get some love in the form of new classes.

My main problem with Multiplayer right now is that it's getting boring killing the same three enemy types over and over and over again. The main thing it needs right now in my opinion is more variety in that regard. As other people before me have recommended, Collectors and Mercs are a pretty obvious choice to add for new fodder.
Well when you're killing off massive waves of brand new baddies what better to help slate your thirst than new objectives? Sure the ones we have now are great and I've seen a lot of people suggesting new ones. Unfortunately most of them seem to be reversed versions of what we already have which functionally are going to play the same and be pretty darn boring. Things like the point defense thing where you have to make sure an enemy isn't in the blue capture circle when the clock runs down is pretty much just regular old hacking and the other one of note I saw was killing an enemy before he/ she could take a package to an extraction point. Sounds like the assassination objective just with another little piece to it to me. One idea struck me however, the thought of defending a player on your team that the enemy has chosen to assassinate, focusing more fire on that player for a given time limit while players defend him/ her, netting a loss on bleed out. THAT sounds... like it needs work, but it's a great twist on an old 'classic'.
Speaking of 'twists', we have far too many guns that fill roughly the exact same roll (like the Mattock and Vindicator for instance.). While Bioware has done a pretty good job of giving us some fresh and interesting weapons like the Scorpion and Carbine that do different things rather than shoot 'bullets' at different speeds, rates, and force. In my opinion, we're going to need a few more 'unique' weapon to help keep things fresh and players experimenting with the game. Not to mention the number of heavy pistol and sub machine gun choices is pretty lacking. This said, an interesting way to help think outside the box here would be to add additional alien weapons since the vast majority of the available arsenal is human made while the Salarian, Batarian, Drell, etc are criminally under represented in the weapons department. (I won't touch balance issues as that's a whole 'nother ball game)
Ok, new weapons... who's gunna shoot that dakka? New classes, and that's kind of a hard thing to design for a number of reasons. Everyone thinks they have a great idea that's totally balanced, but the big problem here is stepping on toes that other races and classes already fill in order to prevent redundancy. There are a ton of things Bioware can do with the existing races and I I'd like more of these 'one off' specialist types like the Battlemaster and Justicar. On that note, rather than boring people with my long wish list, I'll simply say that I would like something akin to a Turian biotic commando (preferably female; they can even keep her in full body armor and cover her face with a helmet so they pretty much just have to modulate someones voice). The trick is making each new class/ race combo feel interesting and unique without making another race/ class combo feel outdated and useless, while at the same time keeping it fresh, fun, and usable for the new characters. This doesn't mean that Bioware should go out and make two new powers for each new future class. Instead I'd rather have them look at what powers they have already put into the game and consider useful and interesting powers that mesh well that don't exist yet in such a combination. Like Barrier, Lift Grenades, and Shockwave for the Turian Biotic commando mentioned earlier.
Speaking of keeping things fresh, lets talk maps before I wrap up this post that no one will ever read. There's currently a pretty darn decent selection of maps in my book and as other people have said before me, I'd really like to do battle on Omega or in a Collector ship if I had to pick just two locations.
In closing, the Mass Effect universe is a massive and well fleshed out one with tons of potential for multiplayer characters, guns, and stages (not to mention extended universe stuff). It's still in its infancy right now, so it's potential isn't fully tapped yet, and I think it'll be a little longer before we see this baby really kick it into high gear. In any case, I'm excited to see what the future of Mass Effect 3's multiplayer holds.
