Choose a Race, sex, appearance (armor), and powers. Of course, limited by race appearances, but, like, with humans, being able to play with the appearance of the armor as you can in the SP. and give the AJ's the appearance of the AA's, and things along those lines.
Nothing allowed outside of the classes typical abilities, and tiers picked in the tree's would be race-specific. (Which would suck for QI's with their SMG weight reduction, which I think is a waste, but I live with it.)
And of course, something like this should be N7 rarity. But at least then, I wouldn't be so annoyed, disheartened, and disgusted when I got my 99 out of 100 character cards out of a PSP. It would actually be pretty cool to get one for all those wasted credits and hours spent, for a change.

Asaris with reave and throw and stasis, that may be a bit overpowered. Or if it's the entire class, then reave, throw and cluster nades/warp on a human adept.
I do like the idea though. Customisable characters. Maybe you get a class to customise with ultra rare rarity and you get powers from veteran packs or if you have said characters for your class. Night lead to overpowered classes.

Perhaps each power should be worth a certain amount of unlock points, or whatever... Not like the points used to spec out the current powers, but points that adding each power to your character would cost, to prevent overpowered classes. For example, powers like cloak and stasis would probably cost more than powers like proximity mine and cryo blast, and purchasing those would limit the other powers you could purchase to those considered less powerful.

I'm thinking a Salarian sniper rifle. It could fire a projectile that detonates when the trigger is pressed a second time, so like a Scorpion, but scoped and with the projectiles detonating when the user chooses. It would be single shot, so would do quite large damage.
Visually I imagine it looking like a larger Raptor, mixed with a Scorpion.

That, and you also don't HAVE to get the mercs under your control. if you simply do only the required missions you lose over half the war support you'd have if you did all the missions in SP.StrawHatMoose wrote...

drell infiltrator-(drells dont have to be biotics, but i think it would be fine to give tech classes biotics since theyre more defined by their class powers now.) tac cloak, sticky grenades or another new kind of grenade, a new enhanced senses mode that allows for faster movement and much higher melee damage at the cost of losing focus on maintaining your biotic barriers, weakening them
ardat yakshi adept- dominate, they could also make up some excuse for dominate to have an effect on geth and synthetics like it still works internally and damages movement circuits so they cant shoot or they couldnt move...whatever floats their boat. biotic sweep, a powerful biotic skill that took centuries of killing mates to obtain, a biotic current that deals decent damage, launches targets after used on them for about a second, sets up combos at about the same speed as the warp bubble, it is similar to flamethrower. barrier for the third
turian vanguard- a weapons focused vanguard, should get way better racial bonuses for weapons. biotic charge, warp(might be op, but i was thinking of the damage bonus from it. maybe pull instead...yes i know everyone hates it) stasis grenades maybe. the initial blast could throw targets and then put them into stasis. has small damage but makes targets more effective to the turians weapons
pgeth soldier. hopefully they would change the appearance to a bulkier model. flamer. base health/shields 1000/750. maybe no dodge. crowd control prime bullet. comes out of palm maybe? with an animation similar to the ballistic blades so its slow. defense matrix
not sure about the geth sentinel.... so heres a quarian sentinel idea because someone mentioned it earlier. a new advanced suit mode. combat suit. restores health by patching holes in the suit and healing wounds with nano bots, activates hydraulic joints to increase speed for a short time, it would be good for running for grenades. throw and arc grenades. throw has a fast cooldown and could set off alot of techbursts from arc grenades
also a combination of cluster and sticky grenades could be the new grenades for the drell
i thought of a new power for the turian vanguard to replace warp or pull. antimatter. changes the mass inside a target to a antimatter. it should then propel the opposite mass. it would significantly weaken a target to attacks because it would be pressure from both outside and inside attacks. it could have a small damage over time that increases the longer its active due to the target weakening. sets up biotic combo. does not bypass shields, gives the short stun animation to shielded targets. good for bosses.
i tried to sound smart but im not very familiar with the subject of negative mass

Isn't the Harrier more like a cross between the Mattock and Revenant? I haven't got it yet, but I've heard people say that.

Isn't the Harrier more like a cross between the Mattock and Revenant? I haven't got it yet, but I've heard people say that.
Its more powerful than both of them and alot faster.

Fire rate no due to full auto but DPS it is.
