I have the DDE purchased from Steam and it took a few restarts of the game for the DLC content to download automatically (It was asking for points or a code to be redeemed). Just a heads up for anyone that purchased a steam copy and was looking for their promo codes. It doesn't appear you need to do anything and it will automatically download the content.
