I just started the Above mission for the first time. The first issue is that during the cut scene there is no speech only background sounds, then once I past the cutscene and actually land on eden prime, there are large black areas indicating faulty graphics, fianlly to top it off the game crashes repeatedly regardless of what I do.

I am now stuck and cant start yet alone.

I have updated all drivers, repaired the install through origin. Contacted technical support who have directed me to this forum in the hope that the developers read and develop a fix. 
 I have read a number of the other posts in relation to crashes in this mission and it appears there was no fix three months ago.
I was hoping it has since been fixed. I apologise in advance if I just havent seen it.
I have tried pressing escape repeatedly as outlined in one post with no success. It still crashes as soon as the mission starts.

I have had no issues anywhere else in the game to date. So i dont see it being a hardware or driver issue.

I"m not sure what information is required so i've thrown everything requiried in some of the other posts.

Weapons: N7 valiant, vindicator, N7 Eagle

System
Windows 7, I7, Nvidia 480gtx, 8Gb ram, creative xifi

Are you able to access the DLC when you try to replay the game? because atm I am unable to even access the SP DLC. Pretty much what I'm saying is that your not the only one with issues with DLC and/or MP but do know that there are a bunch of issues going on since patch 1.03

Thanks for your reply, as far as I am aware I can still access the DLC.
Looks like my only option is shelve it and wait for a patch/fix
