Hello DAO Tech Support: I having trouble downloading the Dalish Ring ingame item. I added the code (Redeem Promo Code" on this site (Dec 8 or 9), the code was accepted. Go into the download section why'll the game is playing and there still nothing there. I tried couple of things what the EA support site said but still no Dalish Ring to download. Can you help me DAO Tech support please?
