Hello,
I recently wanted to play dragon age ultimate addition again. now theres one issue my cd key for the DLC is invalid
I can play the main game and awakening though, I bought the game via steam not sure if that has anything to do it the first cd-key does work the second is invalid.
I got no clue where to report this and steam has Sayed they can't help me anymore i did patch the game up and such. So the issue lay's 100% sure with he cd-key did all other possible tips to get my dl content working nothing els helped.
Like i said not sure if this is the correct forum but hope someone could help me out.

Have you tried registering your key in Origin? I had some problems also but after putting the code into Origin it seemed to solve the problem. I also have the Ultimate Edition with all the DLC/Addons.
Else you can try EA support, they can check the key and such.

Hello again,
The code was able to be activated in origin although i can only start the game via steam still, not via origin when i try that i get an error and iam still unautarized so although the key worked now i still can't play the game..
Iam really clueless here and i think i spend about 8 hours now trying to get an game to work again.
Its getting a bit annoying
Any idea how to contact EA support? i can't seem to find it must be hiding somewhere not sure where?

EA support is at help.ea.com. Did you uninstall the Steam version of the game before installing it with Origin? You need to... Steam installs the game in a different directory (folder) under Program Files but still uses the same folders as Origin for saved games (located under "My Documents"). So if you have two competing installations of the game running at once... bad things will happen.

Unistalled on zteam installed on origin that works but the cd key has already been used..
I did use it indeed the first time i installed the game but cd-keys are suppsed to be used again and again.......... did buy a new computer inbetween though.. and goddamn ea-help still can't find the ticket or something support i need... i keep looking ...
