My friend bought mass effect 3 and plays it all the time but his account is linked to the PC when he has it for xbox. It has correct account info but it has as PC. Anybody have any solutions?

I wonder if that could be the problem that some of us are having when it says we are not signed in to the right account.... some of us have had our progress reset countless of times because of a start up issue so tell your buddy to be careful when playing the game.

I would either contact EA Support (Link here: https://help.ea.com/ ) or just try registering the game for XBox. It shouldn't affect anything with just registering the game for Xbox (Just click Profile>register games)
