I repeat myself, but... Thane's death. Specifically, the prayer. I was dealing with it pretty good until Kolyat said it was for Shep. Then, my face scrunched up and the tears fell, man. Had to put the controller down and go wash my face.

Also, no matter how you feel about the endings, that music is beautiful.

And Thane wasn't even my favorite charachter or anything. It just got to me.

Mordin and Thane's death made me choked up. But for some reasons the dreams and the voices. If you have a really good surround sound set up, those voices are just haunting.

That broke me, and I cried.

Those voices with headphones on and in the dark... that got to me.

I lost it with Mordin and Legion's deaths... Mordin was singing and Legion said "I"!

I also completly lost it on the conduit run the second time through. Nothing I had done in the last 30+ hours was gonna matter...

I never felt choked up or anything when Legion died...I guess I never felt that attached to him. He was cool and everything, but I was never emotionally invested in his character.

I didn't get choked up with the last goodbyes, either. I think it was probably because I didn't realize that this would be goodbye forever...I guess I knew it academically (I did have the part about the SR2 crashing spoiled for me before I played the game), but I was in "get 'er done" mode. Probably quite realistic, since Shep would probably feel the same way.

My mom and  I cried when Shepard was saying goodbye to Garrus and Kaidan(her LI), especially because I knew my Shepard was going to die (I had spoiled myself and back then there was no app to help galaxy readiness)
That was a sad moment.

I did get upset when Mordin died and Grunt almost died...

A lot.

1. When Mordin died!
2. When Grunt (almost) died!
3. When Kaidan said he was looking for someone to love! I was waiting for this moment since ME1! <3
4. When Garrus became so happy after I intentionally missed with the sniper rifle! It was such a "happy tears" moment!
5. When Shepard just shot the Illusive Man, and started bleeding to death next to Anderson! I didn't want my Shepard to die! :[

Didn't cry on Thane's death the first time... I only cried on Thane's death on the second playthrough because it had a much bigger impact when I knew Shepard was going to die.

-Mordin's death, the singing got me

-Legion's death, his "I know, Tali"

-Right after Legion's death, the Prime talking to Raan about settlement sites

Thane's actually didn't bother me, because we always knew he was going to, and he got to die a hero instead of just dying for no reason.

No scene ever made me cry but some scenes did choke me up a bit, leaving earth, especially with the music. Mordin's death, Thane's death as well, got sad about Legion as well.

Grunt's almost-death scene was really up there as well, as well as some of the goodbye scenes (Garrus and Liara most notably)

And of course the ending itself, but that had nothing to do with the rest. That was just because of how disturbingly bad it was, it very nearly made me cry. I still get sad when I think about it.

I got really close to crying with Mordin, and Thane's scenes.

Other then that, no.

One of the scenes that really got me was Grunt's (almost) death.

At the time, I said to kill the Queen, cause I didn't want to lose Grunt.

Then he ran off the cliff.

So, I reloaded immediately, make the opposite decision. And then the game decided to reward me with the scene of Grunt coming out of the cave. Made me so happy.

The odd thing is, my jimmies were all ready to be rustled by the ending in the good way. I was so prepared for a great ending that would blow my mind, and make me both sad, and triumphant, like KOTOR 2. I was SO READY for an amazing ending.

Instead...

The Legion scene, oh god that was difficult to watch...

"I have to upload my code...Goodbye."

I...

The entire thing was heartbreaking. To gain true individualism for a few seconds, to have to choose between you and your entire race...

The motif was beautiful.

The thing that made be ball the most was the final goodbyes. Goddamn that was almost too hard to do.

Try 846 hours since 2007 for me.

Teared up more than a few times, but Mordin's was best.  Had to be me...someone else might have gotten it wrong.

I cried when
-the little boy died (obviously before I knew who he really was)
-visiting Kaidan at hospital
-seeing Palaven burn
-meeting Eve
-Mordin died (I've cried a lot afterwards too, mostly when I'm drunk)
-I gave Charr's message to his wife
-Rila died
-Garrus's dad called
-I made peace on Rannoch
-Legion died
-I had the last talks with the crew (I romanced Garrus, spent a nice 15 minutes crying after his good bye)
-Anderson died

And some moments I can't even remember anymore. Now I want you to imagine my reaction after the ending. Not pretty.

Edit: Forgot Thane's death. Though it wasn't as emotional as it could've been.

As much as I hate that child, the scene when leaving earth always gives me a shiver. Also, on my first playthrough I chose the geth because they're so innocent and sweet. Then Tali jumped off the cliff and I was shocked.

Stuck with it, though. Didn't reload. Was all sadfaec for days...

no

I distanced myself from the game as I knew how utterly ridiculous the endings were....thus all the "emotional punches" the devs tried to deliver just did not hit

I cried like a small child when Mordin died,

When he sang.

God God almighty the singing did me in!

Mordin - not that I cried, but it was pretty close.

I was choked up at Mordin's sacrifice, though no actual tears.

It's OK, Allan. Man tears are fine.
