Anderson's death, but that single tear disappeared quickly...
Scenes that almost made me cry:
- Thane's death (didn't even particularly like the guy, so kudos for that)
- Garrus and Liara's goodbyes (best friend and LI)
- Wrex and Eve thanking Shep for everything

Mordins death got me pretty choked up, I thought it was one of the finest scenes in any story driven video game.
The ending got me choked up too, choked with rage and disbelief.

The end sequence of project Overlord got to me, as well as seeing David in ME3. Mordin's sacrifice got to me as well.

Are we talking sad tears, happy tears or bitter depression tears?

Didn't really cry at the game at all, but were a few moments (Watching Mordin die, Thanes deathbed) that made me feel a bit sad.

I didn't tear up, but really did feel a deep sadness with Liara's gift right before the end. The shoulder hug and head lean were perfect and watching the light wash over them was almost like they were rushing headlong into disaster, because they had to.
Little did I know I would be too about 15 minutes after that.

No. To be honest, it's been years since I cried (and it was physical pain related). Some moments moved me a bit.

A couple of moments I got mist eyed.
1) Mordin: "I am the very model of a ....."
2) "He was praying for you".
3) "Oh blue rose of Illium"
4) Legion: "Keelah Se'lai"

I was surprised that I didn't cry over, say, Mordin's sacrifice or legion or anderson. I mean was sad but I wasn't brought to tears by those scenes. What actually did it was Grunt's scene 0_o. It's that silent moment where he looks at you with those sad puppy dog eyes and you know he's about to sacrifice himself for his battlemaster. THE FEELS
. I sat there going "No! Not GRUNT. Not him too!" then you see him go out in a blaze of glory and god damn the waterworks. I was convinced he was dead because I chose to save the rachni queen and like Mordin, it mean Grunt had to die as a consequence right? But then you see him stagger towards you wanting something to eat and my tears turned into tears of joy.
In second place was garrus's romance goodbye. I didn't cry but my eyes went misty and that counts
. The voice acting from both hale and keener was heartbreaking. Just the way femshep's voice cracks like she's about to cry is what made the moment one of the saddest for me (and the knowledge that shep won't be "coming back alive" like she promised...thanks bioware
)

I shed a tear at Thane's death, and at the ending, because at the time it was verr sad. (I chose green).

Mordins death, Fixing everything between the Quarians and the Geth, and the ending (but not for 'lol it was so bad it made me cry' reasons)
Oh and Thane dieing. AND when I thought Grunt died but didnt... God im an emotional wreck arent I.

Correction, if I may: Boys like to pretend they don't cry. But they do. And some things would be cheapened if they didn't get the tears they deserve.

I cried when I saw the cutscene for Tali's death (Which thankfully, would never happen in my playthrough). Tali's death is one of a few scenes where I wish I could reach into my computer monitor, the other being Shepard's death in ME2. Seeing Mordin being betrayed by Shepard was...wow. It was a iconic scene, period. Though if you let him go by agreeing with him, it's not so bad. Then there was the ending. I cried because I could not believe how BAD bioware screwed it up. It's **** beyond belief!

I had sad or depressed moments..
Like when Mordin died, or the entire romance chain with Liara, which I thought was kind of sad (awesome writing, made me feel a wide range of emotions)
And aside from the ending making me depressed for months, I was deffinitely moved to near tears when Anderson "died," was a very moving moment (I put quotes cause he may not be dead if IT is real, DAMN ENDING!!!!)

The part that almost made two tears roll down my face was when Legion died to secure peace between Geth and Quarians.

Mordin - not that I cried, but it was pretty close.
I was choked up at Mordin's sacrifice, though no actual tears.
Same but Wrex's failure to reason and understand shocked me more. I actually hesitated and nearly missed the renegade interrupt opportunities that sent him for a sight-seeing dive on the citadel. I always thought him smarter and less violent and suicidal than the average Krogan....he sure showed me so I had no choice to show him....the less seen parts of the citadel that is.

Besides the ending? Only tine a acutally cried but several scenes made me quite sad.
Mordin was rough.....since I shot him.
Liara's capsule was well done.
Leaving Earth. (except for killing the kid.)

I cried when I shot Mordin. I didn't like doing it, but blindly ignoring the Krogans natural tendency towards violence wasn't going to help the galaxy. I trust Wrex. The rest of his people are berserkers with a hair trigger finger from rage. They needed time and weening off the genophage for me to even consider giving their pop that big a boost.

Conrad lived in my playthrough. Kelly died...found out by word of mouth (didn't cry).
Frickin Thane's death scene got me. The part about Thane praying for Shepard. I'm a fairly religous man and it reminded me of ordering last rites for my grandfather in the hospital just before he died. I laughed at myself.

I ALMOST got choked up over Mordin's scene.
